Create4Digital sells digital downloads and self-paced written courses. This notice explains the information used to operate the store, provide purchases, respond to requests and run the optional newsletter.
Information you provide
Purchases and accounts can involve your name, email address, account identifier, order details, payment references and access records. Course use can involve progress, saved notes and assignment submissions. When you contact us, we receive your message and the details you supply. Provide only information relevant to your request.
Our payment provider processes payment details. We use order amounts, statuses and provider references for fulfillment and support; the store does not store full payment-card numbers.
Newsletter and free guide
If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address, an optional name, signup source, consent/confirmation dates and subscription/delivery status. We send a confirmation email. Confirming joins the mailing list and enables the requested free-guide access. Website accounts and cookie acceptance are not required to subscribe.
Marketing consent is separate from cookie choices and purchases. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails. We retain the subscription and opt-out information needed to respect your choice. Essential purchase, support or security messages are separate from newsletter marketing.
Why we use information
We use information to provide requested products and account access, process and reconcile orders, deliver downloads, support course participation, handle customer requests, protect the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter marketing relies on the subscription choice. Optional visitor analytics relies on your analytics choice. Depending on the activity and applicable law, other processing may be necessary for a contract, legal obligation or legitimate service/security interests.
Cookies, analytics and technical information
The site uses essential account, cart and privacy-choice storage. Optional popup preferences and analytics are controlled through Cookie settings. Hosting and service providers also process technical requests such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and protect their services. Our Cookie Policy explains the categories, known storage keys and how to change your choice.
Providers and disclosures
Base44 supplies the application, hosting, data storage, account services and built-in transactional email delivery. Payment providers such as Stripe process checkout. Our configured IONOS mailbox is used for newsletter delivery. Media hosting, Google Fonts and any video provider you choose to load receive the requests needed to supply their content. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards.
We do not sell or rent our mailing list, and advertising pixels are not enabled in this implementation. We disclose information as needed to provide the service, use our providers, respond to lawful requirements or protect rights and security. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off.
Retention and your requests
Privacy choices last 180 days in this browser. Other information is retained while needed for account access, delivery, support, consent/opt-out records and applicable legal, tax or dispute requirements. Retention varies by purpose; contact us for details about your information.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restrictions, or an objection to processing. You may withdraw optional consent prospectively. Some records may need to be retained for legal or service reasons, and we may need to verify your request. You can also contact your relevant privacy regulator.
