Make room for your next meaningful task
Focus Timer gives your work a clear beginning and stopping point. Use it for writing, studying, planning, admin tasks, or working through a course. A visible countdown helps you stay with one task at a time.
How to get started
- Open Focus Timer and enter one specific task, such as “Draft the introduction to my ebook.”
- Select Focus 25 and press Start.
- Use Pause if you need to stop briefly, or Reset to restart the current phase.
- When the focus session finishes, the tool switches to the five-minute break phase. Press Start when you are ready for the break.
- After the break, the tool returns to the focus phase. Choose your next task and start again.
A simple routine you can make your own
Aim for a small, clear outcome in each block: outline one section, answer a batch of messages, or review a lesson. Between blocks, step away from the screen and decide what deserves your attention next. You can switch between Focus and Break manually; switching resets the selected phase.
Access and device notes
This is a browser-based tool inside Create4Digital, so there is no software to install or PDF to download. Sign in with your purchase email and open it from My Apps. Completed focus sessions are stored in this browser on this device; they do not sync across devices. Keep the tool page open during a session. Closing or refreshing it resets the active countdown, and background tabs or device sleep may delay the timer. The completion sound depends on browser audio support.
